Victor P. Leginsky, has over 30 years’ experience as an international arbitrator and mediator with extensive knowledge in employment law. He’s a Canadian citizen, residing in the United Arab Emirates and working in Middle Eastern countries since 2007.
He has been an arbitrator for hundreds of ad hoc business cases. He has also been appointed Chair, Sole Arbitrator, Tribunal Member and Co-arbitrator in various cross-industry cases of high-net value such as in construction, retail, tourism, real estate and energy market sectors. Prior to his arbitration and mediation experience, Victor had long-term teaching experience in International Arbitration under the Uncitral Rules, associated with the conduct of arbitral proceedings arising from commercial relationships and are widely used in ad hoc arbitrations as well as administered arbitrations. He has also been tutoring and instructing academic lessons for RICS Arbitration Course and invited as an Arbitration Speaker to various seminars across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
As an experienced international arbitrator and mediator, Victor concentrated on establishing his clientele when he moved to Dubai in 2007. Due to his high level mediation experience, Mr. Leginsky was appointed as Chair of the Manufactured Home Park Dispute Resolution Committee by the Attorney General of British Columbia in Canada between 1998 and 2002. He has also earned the internationally recognised title of Chartered Arbitrator & Fellow from the prestigious Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is appointed to the CIArb Panel of Arbitrators. Victor is an accredited mediator by the CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, London). His expertise enabled him to participate in high-level arbitration proceedings with success and establish strong relationships with some of the world’s leading businesses.

Along with his expertise in arbitration, Victor Leginsky always shared his forward business thinking with some of his closest clients. He envisioned methods on achieving business growth and realised that the UAE was offering favourable market conditions for the development of innovative business establishments. In 2015, he started with a group of consulting firms, where each one targeted a different industry audience and adapted a suite of services to specific needs of particular sectors. The services ranged from management consultancy to business strategy development, and from marketing and public relations to risk management and data analysis. As business grew, so did Victor’s vision for exploring new markets and diversified industries. His commitment to develop and deliver exceptional services to enterprizes of all sizes led to the creation of several investment companies in 2018. Some of them were investment and management companies that were loyal to the founder’s initial target and focused on industrial portfolio projects, others were ambitious start-ups in the commercial spectrum.
